Indian Hills' 1,680 homes sit across 2,000 gently rolling, wooded acres built around its 27-hole course — terrain with enough grade change that a one-size lighting plan rarely works across an entire lot. We design for the grade itself, lighting steps, retaining walls, and tree lines at the angles the property actually has, not a flat assumption of how the yard sits.

Closer to the Chattahoochee, the Atlanta Country Club and Paper Mill neighborhoods favor larger, more private lots with serious tree cover.
