Lighting Design for Lake Lanier Estates
Lake Lanier's 38,000 acres and hundreds of miles of shoreline span six counties and dozens of distinct communities — but almost every property here shares the same two-sided design problem: a road-facing front and a water-facing back that need to work together.
Built for Lake Lanier living
Whether your home sits in a gated marina community like Marina Bay or Harbour Point, backs up to a golf course like Chattahoochee Country Club or Legacy on Lanier, or is simply a private dock on its own cove, the lake-facing elevation gets seen constantly — by boaters passing by, by neighbors across the water, and by the homeowners themselves most evenings. We treat that side of the house as seriously as the entry, and build dock, boathouse, and seawall lighting using fixtures rated for direct water exposure, not standard landscape fixtures pressed into service.
Lake Lanier's water level is managed by the Army Corps of Engineers and can shift several feet across a season, which changes how a dock and the shoreline immediately around it actually look at night. We design with that fluctuation in mind, rather than lighting for a single water level and hoping it holds.

From first sketch to season after season
Design Visit
We walk your property at dusk with you, identify the architecture and landscaping worth highlighting, and build a fixture-by-fixture lighting plan.
Custom Installation
Low-voltage LED fixtures are installed and aimed by hand, wiring is buried and concealed, and every light is fine-tuned on-site after dark.
Year-Round Maintenance
Bulbs, transformers, and timers are serviced seasonally so your lighting looks as good in year five as it did on opening night.
